·        Belgrade Place, LLC-Development consultant for 40 unit apartment building in Boston, MA.
·        Cornerstone Development Co.-Development consultant for 88-unit multifamily development in Wareham, MA.
·        RRCI-Financial consultant for low income housing tax credit project in St. Thomas, USVI.
·        Sage Hotel Corporation-Analyzing, advising and negotiating a Joint Venture to develop a  $150 million mixed use development in the Fenway area of Boston.
·        Conroy Development Corp-Comprehensive Permit consultant for 250 unit development in Stoughton, MA.
·        Chicopee, MA-Prepared a report for the Town on the status of its housing stock and recommended future policies.
·        Housing Partners, Inc.-Providing development consulting services for various clients with projects in Rockland, Boston, Beverly, Fitchburg, Newbury, Framingham, Norwood and other locations.
·        Housing Partners, Inc.-Assisting in the acquisition of financing, approvals and equity; cost estimating, design, bidding and construction management; negotiating management and service agreements for two affordable assisted living developments totaling 300 units.
·        The Community Builders, Inc.-Managed the development of residential projects in Chatham, MA and Edgartown, MA.  

THE COMMUNITY BUILDERS, INC., Boston, MA.                                 2003-2004  Northeast Regional Director

Managed the development operation in New England and New York for national, non-profit affordable housing developer.
·        Prepared plan to reorganize offices and redeploy resources in the Northeast region to improve productivity and reduce losses.
·        Oversaw the development of twelve affordable housing developments.
·        Managed twenty project managers and support staff in five offices.
·        Developed and implemented the annual business plan for the Northeast Region. 

LEA GROUP, INC., Boston, MA                                                                                    1994-2002 Principal, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer
Led finance, marketing and operations for this family-owned regional engineering/architecture firm.
·        Prepared proposals, marketed services, negotiated contracts and maintained client relationships valued at $50,000 to $1M per contract.
·        Managed projects up to $20M involving lender and owner representation and project coordination.
·        Consulted on regulatory issues, peer review and project coordination for public and corporate clients.
·        Led the development and marketing of a computerized building maintenance information system for large organizations. Generated over $1M in first year sales then sold for 5x ROI.
·        Prepared building evaluations for new REITs, securitizations, acquisitions and other transactions valued at several hundred million dollars. Expanded client base to institutional level. 

RECOLL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, Boston, MA.                      1991-1993  Vice President, Fleet Bank
Managed and disposed of non-performing real estate assets of the former Bank of New England.
·        Asset manager for 2,290,000 square feet of retail space in eleven malls and centers from Maine to Texas. This activity resulted in the recovery of almost $125M by RECOLL.
·        Rehabilitated and re-leased twelve industrial and six residential properties nationwide, which were sold for $15M. 

FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, Franklin, MA.          1990-1991 Senior Account Officer-Division of Liquidation

Special Assistant to Assistant Managing Liquidator for New England region. Enabled senior management to recover over One Billion Dollars from failed banks and subsidiaries.
·        Managed seven failed corporations and twenty-one foreclosed properties, recovering over $25M.
·        Managed $70M loan workout portfolio as Mortgagee-in-Possession.
·        Participated in the negotiation and sale of an equipment leasing portfolio to G.E.C.C. for $725M, the largest single recovery in the history of the F.D.I.C.

Principal of real estate and planning consulting firm
·        Consultant to banks, governments and developers on workouts, feasibility and marketing issues.
·        Re-financed and leased 70,000 square foot suburban office building.
·        Member of consulting team that revised the Haverhill, Massachusetts Master Plan.
